Once a great company that has lost its way
Player in the IT field and cognitive space.
The company is going through a massive restructuring that is very disruptive and causing significant loss of employee morale and customer satisfaction. New offerings and services are not keeping up with the loss of revenue in the parts of the company that are being divested. This is creating a toxic environment in significant portions of the company. The future looks dim.
Resign. Poor management team all around.
