Lot of projects and teams in India. Good company to join as a fresher and learn.
Good exposure to a lot of technology, cloud, AI, etc.
Promotion and career growth in terms of pay hikes, title change, and responsibility tend to be slow.
After 10 years, depending on the team, growth can stagnate.
Everything is at the mercy of the manager; a bad manager can mess up your pay hikes, promotion, etc.
Avoid politics of giving ratings based on rigid criteria; be more open.
