Flexible work culture. Perks are good.
Outdated management. Management is ineffective and out of touch with real-world experience.
Lot of bureaucracy. Employees are afraid of layoffs, and a culture of employees hiding technical information from each other is widespread.
The experience was very smooth, and the people were very nice. I met with two engineers on site, one remotely, and had a phone interview with my manager. I was also shown the lab and the products. It was a great team.
I had some crisis management questions and how I solved them. I had a 1st phone interview, then a one-to-one. Four people interviewed me and they asked about how flexible I am working in different time zones.
I was picked up at university and directly asked a few informal questions about previous job experience. That was all. I wasn't asked a lot, as I had interned at IBM before.
