Stable, solid pay. As of now, remote & flexible. Lots of educational opportunities and friendly employees.
There is a lack of organizational alignment (competing interests) and obscurity around pay in the sales org.
If IBM simplified and prioritized teamwork rather than trying to quantify things into trivial categories, they would find more success.
