Very good work-life balance at IBM. Very good culture and values.
Less opportunity to work on other public cloud technologies.
Two rounds were conducted. The first round was fine. The second round focused on ML basics and statistics, rather than advanced AI or computer vision. As Data Science is domain-specific, it's expected that HR would schedule interviews for AI/Engin
It was okay. I aced the ML part, but I didn't answer one of two coding questions asked. So, I was rejected. I know these are foundational interview processes for large-scale companies. They are outdated in my opinion. I can't think of one AI engine
Overall, the interview was very laid-back. It started with a personal introduction where I talked about my past work and what I am looking for now. This was followed by some questions about my background and how I would fit in the company.
