IBM

I have been working with IBM for more than 5 years now.

Honestly speaking, I have worked with other big IT MNCs that are competitors of IBM in the market. But I would say IBM is better than other companies in the following aspects:

• Excellent work-life balance.
• Great infrastructure.
• A process-oriented company.

It's not like Indian IT MNCs where you will see your managers are unprofessional and say whatever they feel like on the floor. Here, managers are extremely professional.

There is a lot of scope for self-learning. IBM invests a lot in the training of its employees.

You will get a chance to learn and explore IBM products, which are really cool. To give you a few examples, you can consider IBM BlueMix, IBM Cloud, IBM Watson, Maas 360, etc.

Less increment. Environment less competitive.
