Career difficulties. As you grow and become a more experienced person, the more difficulties you have moving to another position or job role where you'd need a chance to apply new skills you learn. IBM is releasing too many good people in all countries.
Give more value and chances to experienced people instead of letting them go and replacing them with cheaper resources.

Application Architect
It was quite simple and fast. It started with an HR/Recruiter Discussion, followed by a Technical/Functional Discussion around the experience, and then concluded with a Hiring Manager Discussion. The offer letter was also released pretty fast.
Application Architect
Good. The questions were mostly related to AWS and Java. The questions were mostly on the design side, so if you have good hands-on experience, you can crack the interview easily.

An interview where the first step is to get to know the person and already be aware of the technical knowledge assessment. Then, a logical and mathematical test is given, but it's quite easy, not something very complex.
