Application Architect
It was quite simple and fast. It started with an HR/Recruiter Discussion, followed by a Technical/Functional Discussion around the experience, and then concluded with a Hiring Manager Discussion. The offer letter was also released pretty fast.
Application Architect
Good. The questions were mostly related to AWS and Java. The questions were mostly on the design side, so if you have good hands-on experience, you can crack the interview easily.

It was a pleasant experience to be interviewed by IBM. The telephonic interview was conducted, and I received the result on the same day. I got a positive response from HR, who scheduled the interview. The interviewer was very supportive and polite.
