- Learning and working hard is the only way to save your job.
- Managers are the only people who take decisions about your future career.
- Don't have work-life balance.
- No HR or portal to share your feedback.
- Once a manager feels you are going to leave the organization, even after your best performance, you will be put into PIP because no one is perfect in all skills.
- No job security, especially in Indian projects. No agile, no devops, no business process.
Please stop this kind of management. Include DevOps into the project. Stop putting good resources into PIP unless it will not take time to fall. Because everyone is a freeman.

Good. The questions were mostly related to AWS and Java. The questions were mostly on the design side, so if you have good hands-on experience, you can crack the interview easily.

It was quite simple and fast. It started with an HR/Recruiter Discussion, followed by a Technical/Functional Discussion around the experience, and then concluded with a Hiring Manager Discussion. The offer letter was also released pretty fast.
