Focus on personally and technically. I mean the arrangement, but this order changes according to the position. Also, have clear, concise answers. State why you would like to join this company and what your added value is.

There was one technical round, which was conducted over the phone, and one manager/HR round that took around 15 minutes. The result was mailed within 2 days. It was a fast process, and an offer was given within a week.
