Work-life balance is good. Salary is mediocre. There are lots of opportunities if correctly explored.
Salary not good, lack of communication between employee and HR, questionable administrative decisions.
To take yearly feedbacks seriously and to put freshers in technologies according to skills rather than random project and technology assignments as per availability. And, to give more salaries to hard-working mid-career professionals to keep attrition rate low. Thanks.
The process went smoothly. First, there was some assessment, and then a round of interviews. This was easy as they emphasized skills and the project that I had done during my graduation.
Had a great interview through college placements. The interview went on for 45 minutes. Interview questions were mainly around: * Introduce yourself * Basic Java questions * OOPS * Projects worked on * Two string-based coding questions
The interview was nice and well-structured. I received questions on Object-Oriented Programming concepts, C++, and more. Questions from MATLAB were also asked. Overall, the interview questions were moderately difficult.
