- Work on weekends and late nights without extra allowance.
- Making it more horrible, colleagues don't have minimum skills; they used to assign database and infra-related issues to me, a UI Developer.
- Got blamed for bugs in code written by senior developers.
- Poor planning from leadership and managers.
