Good for learning, but worst for dedicated and honest employees

- Ample amount of projects to work on.
- Manager-centric company and full of unprofessional managers.
- Other benefits or bonuses other than compensation are poor.
HR should be easily reachable for employees. Your managers use slang in meetings, and junior employees are helpless. Even if we go through any channels, managers get to know about who complained because of the contacts they have built inside the organization.
