I like the work culture here, especially the support for women and the policies.
Somewhere IBM started to call everyone to do work from the office in a hybrid model, but IBM is famous for its remote culture from the start. It helps many employees to continue their work if remote work stays as it is.
Please keep the work-from-home IBM culture continuing. Many mothers are employees; they have needs and we try to understand their problems.
It's an on-campus offer where they conducted three online rounds. They then called us to come for a pool drive in another college in Bangalore, where they again conducted rounds. But it's very interesting.
3-step interview: 1. General interview with basic questions on Webex. 2. HR interview, which was like explaining administrative stuff once we got in (didn't feel like an interview). 3. Technical interview, which theoretically should have lasted 3
Had multiple technical rounds. Was smooth. Easy to medium questions focused on concepts. Wants team builder members. Work from home flexibility. Can work on multiple projects? Also had a psychometric test. Discussed salaries.
