It has superior benefits and many incentives. Their problem is that there is not much transparency about it, so it is difficult to obtain many of the things they offer you.
The work environment is very good and everyone contributes. They are very open and seek joint solutions to everyday problems.
It is very difficult to get promoted. There are too many initiatives and part of the role is to get involved, so there isn't always time to focus.
