- Quite a few learning resources (although you don't have the time, and it's something almost every company offers).
- Bad culture depending on your team.
- It's a must, the client comes first.
- Many people are very arrogant, others are very cool, it depends on your team.
- Decent salaries for recent graduates, but bad for people with experience.
- They focus on filling positions regardless of your experience or growth.
- Many more.

- Mantener una buena cultura y equilibrio vida-trabajo, ya que en los equipos se pierde, y llega a ser muy mala la experiencia.
