Your entire career is in the hands of a few people, and no matter how hard you try, you cannot make high progress. If you join as a graduate hire, you'll be forced to join the domain they pick for you, irrespective of your interests and aspirations. Changing domains afterward is challenging as there is no room for quality learning. You just need to follow a path they set for you.
My manager is super nice, yet he was unable to provide me with the opportunities that I want. It might be a good place to work for senior position employees, but you'll lose your entity as a fresher here. I have seen 7-8 years of experience people given very few opportunities.
Onshore opportunities are very few. Not many females get that, as far as I noticed.
Most projects are production support. If you are an engineer with a desire to learn, you might be disappointed with the monotonous work you'll get.
Please make it easy for employees to grow and learn other technologies too, and make it easy to leave one project to find a better one.
