One of the best companies to work for
- Work-life balance is awesome.
- Reward/award for good work.
- Salary on time.
- Ample amount of resources to learn and grow in your technology and also to acquire new ones.
- Fun Fridays every now and then.
I don't see any major cons which might hinder an employee. Only one thing which I believe could have been better is:
- Should offer a good amount if an employee is working on weekends/holidays.

It's an on-campus offer where they conducted three online rounds. They then called us to come for a pool drive in another college in Bangalore, where they again conducted rounds. But it's very interesting.
