Working at GBS is not the same as working on internal IBM projects. For this reason, compensation is different and does not have the same benefits as an internal employee. You also do not receive a welcome kit.
Non-unified electronic time tracking, as I need to log in 3 systems and in different formats.
Being promoted depends on the contract you are working on. In other words, if the contract is bad, promotion will be more difficult.
