Difficulty in promotion, disadvantages of a consulting company (they end up assigning you to any project), very low salaries in Brazil compared to other Brazilian companies, and even lower when compared to the same positions at the company, but in IBM USA. In other words, it is definitely not the same standard between IBM USA x IBM BR.
