The company is extremely disorganized. You don't have a career plan, you're thrown from project to project depending on where people are needed and without considering what you want for your career.
Don't expect support from developers more experienced than you (even if you are a junior). And when you do get it, you'll feel the unwillingness to help and the irritation that you need help.
On the MAPFRE account, they sell agile projects, but no one on this account knows what agility is. When you're not working with agile projects that aren't agile, you're working with legacy that has no documentation.
