Cons

Like any consultancy, it wants to suck your blood. It never promotes you, no matter the quantity and quality of your delivery, how many cloud certifications you get. None of that matters, it won't promote you.

All it wants is profit. It sells you as a Senior and hires you as a Junior.

The LTF thinks it's a partner in the company. I've been asking for a keyboard and mouse to work for almost a year, and the same person keeps deflecting, because they don't want to incur costs for the project. Hahaha.

Advice to Management

Melhorar a política de promoção dos funcionários.
