A manager on the 5th floor shows favoritism. If she likes you or is okay with you, then congrats. But if you are not in the top 10, then the manager will look at you, turn her nose up, and keep walking like you are non-existent. Advice: treat everyone like you want to be treated. Don't act like you are better than others.
