Great company, less communication since Covid.
Good Company. Good Projects. Good for resume.
Pay isn't great compared to other companies with the same role.
People at this branch do not seem to communicate or collaborate with each other as they used to before Covid.
Since the arrival of Covid, the new employees are sort of left alone and cannot really communicate with old employees, as most of the employees work from home.
Please involve more people to assist junior employees in gaining experience and leveling up.
