Very flexible. IBM provides a good learning environment, but the management is not.
There are no good results for hard work. Everything depends on managers.
Various levels with real-time scenarios: * Pseudocode for scenarios * Phone test: concepts scrutiny * Face-to-face for technical understanding * Face-to-face: pseudocode round * Managerial round * HR round
The interview was moderate. It asked some basic programming questions regarding my academic and personal projects. It also asked about SQL queries, one coding question on the spot, and basic DSA.
On average, it was good. Not much to say. I asked about algorithms. Some basics of threads were covered, but not much. I asked about data structures and gave good answers. That is why they have hired me, I guess.
