- Work from home option.
- Too big and complex, it slows your career growth.
- Pay is not up to the market standards.
- They kind of ignore the legacy technology people. After all, as an employee, I didn't have the choice to select my domain; it was pushed by the company. I do agree that hot technology will get attention, but then you have to be fair.
Slow and steady wins the race. You may have ups and downs, but be confident and stable. Don't try to turn the company around in a short time.
