1. Very worst management (encouraging corruption).
2. Wastage of time by conducting PBC reviews.
3. No good hike (compensation) as compared to others.
4. You have to do buttering to go ahead in your career in IBM (no hard work required).
5. No actual development work.
6. Very outdated technologies are being used.
7. Management and HRs only playing with employees by giving hope for future growth (which will never happen).
8. Didn't even bother to retain experienced and old employees.
9. In the name of cost cutting, they are just taking away basic facilities (tea, coffee, and newspaper).
10. No appreciation for good work.

If an employee is satisfied with the company and their work, then only the company will grow.
