- Managers are not qualified for their positions; most of them were "favorite people" of others. 😄
- They set unreasonably long and unreasonable requirements for promotion, and even if you meet all of them, it doesn't guarantee your promotion.
- Salaries are below market, and they didn't give annual raises.
- Office politics play a huge role in your life there.
- Some unqualified people took large positions and manipulate people according to their preferences.
- There are many old technologies, and they don't value good, hardworking, innovative people.
...and I think that's enough for this review.
Please check what is going on in the Egypt branch. Management leads to huge turnover in teams. It leads to you just training people for 2 or 3 years and giving your comparators a gift.
