A pretty cooperative ambience, rather than having a very competitive, rat-racing atmosphere.
The inflow of new projects with top-notch technologies is comparatively less due to the higher price of IBM than other low-cost competitors in the market.
I feel the new CEO of IBM has already hit the point. Or at least he has expressed a similar vision that while competing in the consulting market, IBM Consulting should be competing more like a candidate consulting company, forgetting the over 100 years of legacy of its Research or its new offering of IBM Cloud Wing and their related sales options.

The interview process was smooth. It was mostly technical and scenario-based questions. A group panel conducted the interview. The panel consisted of both managers and technical specialists. Overall, it was an average interview.
