Nice place to work. Working environment is good. Good work-life balance.
Hikes are poor. People leave the company just because no hike is given.
Everything is good at IBM except the most important thing, which is money. Please take care of existing employees' pay scales. Please give proper hikes. If this is done, it would be the best place to work.
