IBM is a good company.
I do not find any as such.
I applied online, got an e-mail for a technical phone interview, which was for around 45 minutes. Then I was called in for an interview on-site, which was a one-on-one technical and resume review, which was hardly for 15 minutes.
A 30-minute interview on Webex was scheduled. It involved a next-level hiring question: sort an array without using any algorithm or utility function. The interviewer was rude and constantly interrupted, not allowing me to explain or explaining him
The interview process consists of three rounds. One face-to-face interview, a coding exam, and an HR discussion. In the first round, they covered Java concepts, Spring, and other related topics. The coding test required candidates to write programs
