So many processes in place, it takes five days to get someone to approve anything.
Very slow and bureaucratic.
Co-location killed the business.
Asking Cebu to become independent, yet when we find a project for Cebu, Manila attempts to take it away. How can we become independent if every time we have a chance, someone steals that from us?
