My project has a good work culture, as IBM follows. Still, I have seen some others who are not.
Consulting and Lab are 2 different section on ibm. We wont let to know until we join. the pay scale is soooo high for ISL and they have all kind of provillages . even some projects are difficult most are good to work as i seen
It's better to have good treatment for the consulting team too. It felt like they were outsiders.
Graduate placement for Associate Systems Engineer role. The interview process was fairly easy, as it was mainly for graduates with an undergraduate degree. It consisted of: * A screening round * A technical round * A F2F HR/Technical intervie
First, a call through selection criteria, then one aptitude test, then one technical test. One technical interview and lastly, an HR interview.
IBM coding assessment round, level 1. Experience level: 0 to 2 years for Application Developer. There were two coding questions. One question was tough, and another was easy. All test cases passed. The time limit was also important.
