Best company to be working in this decade, in my experience. There is a guaranteed work-life balance, and we often get to meet leaders/partners with whom we can talk freely about any career-related issue. So much to add, but if you have a matching skillset to one of the job roles/titles, as a no-brainer, just apply!
As a Consultant in a tier-2 city, or what we call an ETC (Emerging Tech Center), it is next to impossible to switch your city or choice of work location.
Keep your priorities straight and focus on what you need the most: work or personal life.
