Great Culture, Bad Management
Work-from-home option, environmentally friendly, mentor help, nice place to work. Benefits were great, along with the culture and the people. Unfortunately, the manager of my department and supervisor were not so good.
No cons, mostly. Disadvantages of a corporation include it being time-consuming and subject to double taxation, as well as having rigid formalities and protocols to follow.
