Great learning, Good perks, Flexible timings, WFH option (although varies from P2P and up to manager).
Middle management is not serious about their role, and domestic clients are not good clients at all.
I will say experience differs from person to person and client to client; for me, it was not a good experience.
Also, there was no personal life, as you were supposed to be working even on weekends more than often.
Please take care of your employees and do not treat them as objects.
