Pros
  • Work-life balance.
  • WFH (except for client location projects).
  • Good self-learning trainings to explore on the internal learning platform.
  • Flexibility is good in almost all projects.
  • Good to join in a lead position and above, or when you want to be settled.
Cons
  • Less hike and growth.
  • Changing domains internally is difficult despite trainings.
  • As a fresher, projects are not up to mark for career. It depends on luck.
  • Finding new projects within the company is difficult, especially if you have location constraints. Interviews are taken for every project. Managers don't help much for new opportunities.
Advice to Management
  • Hike should be more.
  • The project alignment process needs to be improved.
