- Big amount of projects
- Transparency regarding salary levels
- Opportunities to change your industry inside the company
- Old-fashioned management
- Lack of opportunities to grow
- A huge amount of managers show a total absence of understanding while speaking to lower-level employees.
- Low salaries and benefits
- On my first project, overtime was demanded by default. This did not happen on my second project, but still happened.
- Micromanagement is a common issue here at IBM.
Maybe leaving this old-fashioned mentality will help the company to regain the reputation IBM had in the past.
Employees are the biggest asset for the company, not their investors or the clients.
Also, CEO declarations showed how management does not align with the real world so far.
