Pros

Good salary. Ambitious teammates. You can take paid courses or certifications. High-performance laptops, and after 2-3 years, you receive a new one. With the new "badge" system, you can boost your evaluation because it is visible to everyone, which is way better than the once-in-a-year evaluation with your manager.

Cons

Slow administrative procedures.

The technology stack can be a bit outdated, depending on what kind of project you enter. It is possible to move to other projects, but it is quite hard due to bureaucracy.

Ask a lot at the interview because once you are onboarded, it is hard to switch.

Due to many levels of hierarchy, sometimes it is not clear what the client wants, and you have to send a lot of emails and wait for responses to clarify, even in later stages of the project.

Difficult to work from home, depending on the direct project and your people managers if you are eligible.
