Good exposure to old and outdated technologies.
Get to learn IBM developed or proprietary products (it may or may not benefit customers).
Flexible working hours.
Unlimited sick leaves.
A good manager makes a good company, and the rest are in IBM. No HR policies; oops, there are no HR. Working hours are so flexible that you are expected to be available 24/7, like you don’t have a life apart from the office. Of course, you need those unlimited sick leaves now with such a pathetic work culture.
I hope they understand why other companies keep HR and HR policies. And please treat employees as humans and not as tools to get work done.
The process involved an online test, followed by a technical interview, and then an HR round. The online test comprised of MCQs only and was administered via HackerEarth. It included skill-based questions as well as normal OOPs concept questions.
Hired as a graduate hire. A non-technical simple test with a small time limit, followed by a group discussion (GD), a technical interview, and an HR round.
3 rounds overall: * 1st: Online test (Java MCQ & Java program). There were 15 questions, and the program was an Armstrong number. * 2nd: Technical telephonic round. Discussed all previous projects and technical skills. * 3rd: Salary discussion
