It was very professional. The interviewers tried to make me comfortable, then they asked easy technical questions to know how I think and to determine my problem-solving skills.

You write a psychometric test online. If you pass it, you will then be called for one big interview where all the recruits go through three rounds of interviews: an individual interview, a group discussion, and a group presentation.

IBM has always been special for me, as I started my career with this wonderful organization. It was a campus drive for mass recruitment, and the best part about this organization is its work culture.
