Company policies are good, but there are very few increments. The most important frustrating process is project allocation. They are not aware of project requirements.
If you have some family health emergency, take leave. They will remove you from the project without giving any reason and engage in too much politics. Project management by the project manager and team leads is very poor, then they blame the team's performance.
Please improve the project allocation process.
