I joined as a fresher back in 2007. The interview was not at all technical at that time. There was an interview panel, including Technical and HR. Only one interview would happen, depending on your queue. I had the HR interview, which went very fine.

The interview process consists of 3 rounds for professionals. There are 2 technical rounds followed by one HR round. Technical questions will be from your technology and core Java. Basic SQL will also be asked.
