- Freshers are trained well and given fair opportunity to perform and prove.
- Managers reward good performers with bonus, cash awards, off cycle hikes in addition to regular hikes
- Flexible work environment(WFH)
- Promotions are easy for initial bands (6G->6A->6B). However, it takes time for the bands above 6B.
- Work-life balance depends on the managers and account/client.
- Managers don't allow switching accounts in IBM.
IBM has to closely observe the delivery methods being followed in all accounts. Some accounts lack procedure and overburden employees.
