No leave carryover, and we can't convert leaves not taken into salary.
There are also no leaves added per month, like most other companies.
Please review the conversion of leaves to money. Usually, what happens is, at the end of the year, everybody just takes leave because there is no advantage of holding on to them.

First round was a technical discussion for 1 hour. The interviewer was very polite. Questions were more on practical experience. Second round: PDM for 1 hour. Focus was more on pressure handling and cost saving to the customer. HR discussion.
