I created an Ionic app for Android and iOS. The app description was provided by IBM. After this, there was a simple phone call to explain my experiences. Then, they called me with an offer, and I had a week to provide my decision.

The recruitment process was online. A timed programming test was conducted. Afterwards, a video interview was recorded where the questions asked had to be answered.
