Not a good company for freshers. If you are from a good college or interested in coding, then don't join

Pros

Your career path will be decided on what domain you will be allocated to work in (totally random, they don't take preferences).

If you get a role like full stack/cloud, then fine. Otherwise, you are **.

Freshers will be doing support work most of the time.

No matter how good you are, some project manager will ask you to work as a tester for some time, then they will move you to dev after some time.

[I was selected for the role of developer], which will take at least 1.5-2 years.

Didn't send any goodies at all.

Cons

Unlimited sick leaves.

My both test and project manager were good. Seniors were helping.

Advice to Management

Resources with high potential are in the wrong roles. An excellent coder is assigned support work, which is not at all helpful for one's career growth. Domains/roles should be allocated as per caliber. I know a few people who have no interest but got the full stack domain, while others with interest got the consultant domain.
