Good people to work with, okay location.
Flexible holidays and sick days.
Managers are reasonable and a quite relaxed environment.
The pay is a bit low and not very competitive. There is little room for growth, and you really have to sell yourself to get anywhere.
My advice to management is: listen to staff and fight for them.
Provide more training and growth opportunities to staff.
