Your seniors will lack determination and will not push to do hard work either. Basically, it's a company for those who want to chill and not do any hard work.
The role I was hired for didn't really exist. Somehow I managed to move to a good team, but they never promoted me, and I was there on the same salary for 5 years. It's not a very good company if you are looking for monetary benefits, especially for early career roles.
