Big organization, lot of new and challenging technology to work on. Good support for self-learning and grooming. Pretty good corporate tie-ups and discounts. Flexible work hours.
Job security is always in question, as layoffs are going on in some area of the organization all the time. It cares more about Wall Street than employees.
We need more aggression and focus. Please keep employees motivated and don't make decisions based on short-term goals; care more about employees.
